Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between sleep duration and academic performance in high school students. The research was conducted based on a survey of 300 randomly selected high school students from various regions across the country. Data was collected through self-reported questionnres regarding their sleeping patterns and grades.

Participants were divided into three groups based on average hours slept per night: less than 6 hours, between 6-8 hours, and more than 8 hours. Their academic performance was assessed using a standard grading system A-F. The statistical analysis included descriptive statistics for sleep duration distributions and academic performance indicators.
Results:
The findings indicated that students who obtned adequate sleep ted to perform better academically compared to those with shorter or longer sleep durations.
