DIY Fruit-Based Face Masks for Summer-Ready Skin

Beyond their beauty benefits, incorporating fruits into your diet can also enhance your complexion from within. Let’s dive into four easy fruit-based face masks that you can whip up in minutes.
Papaya: Brightening Skin
Ingredients:
12 cup of papaya meat
14 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
The magical enzyme papn in papayas and its antioxidant-rich content work wonders for exfoliating dead skin cells and impurities. This natural glow-booster is perfect for those tropical adventures or post-sun exposure. To prepare, mash the papaya meat into a smooth consistency in a small bowl. Mix in cinnamon and honey to create your face mask. Apply over clean skin, avoiding the eye area, and let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinse off and moisturize for radiant results.
Avocado + Honey: Rescue for Dry Skin
Ingredients:
Half a ripe avocado
12 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp honey
This mask is tlor-made for the chilly New England winters or post-sunburn skin rejuvenation. Avocado’s fatty acids and natural coconut oils moisturize dry, parched skin while honey acts as a soothing healer. Simply mash half an avocado into guacamole-like consistency and bl it with coconut oil and honey. Leave on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off.

Half a banana mashed
A handful of strawberries, diced

Ingredients:
2 tbsp mango pulp
1 tbsp yogurt
